Equipment Coordinator Needed

* POSITION AVAILABLE*

Currently seeking an Equipment Coordinator. Please reach out to us if you are interested. The responsibility would be:

1. In charge of all football equipment within the organization, including but not limited to: helmets, game jerseys, shoulder pads, pants, footballs, field dummies, etc. Usually the first 2 weeks of practice, you are fitting football players only with equipment that was either not picked up, or for new athletes that signed up after practice began. While in season, football coaches are responsible for day to day equipment issues and any needs should be brought to the attention of the Football Director.
2. Reviews equipment and evaluates condition at the end of year and will make recommendations to the football director.

Basketball Director Needed

Looking for a Basketball Director for the 2019-2020 basketball season. If you are interested please contact the current director of basketball Matt Luken via text 859-307-7964. Shadowing the current director a little this season would be best. Please contact Matt to setup an interview. The basketball director responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
1. Find gym availability and gym time for teams that have signed up.
2. Create teams at the beginning of the season and assign coaches.
3. Create season schedule
4. Attend board meetings during the season to provide updates on the season.
5. Be in attendance or have someone assigned for all games during the day.
6. Keep area clean, neat, and organized, including bathrooms.
7. Attend all first week of practices to provide your coaches with equipment and to set expectations.
8. Send emails with information to coaches or parents as needed.
9. Report any unacceptable behavior that might damage the program and it’s reputation to the executive board.
10. Be able to perform other duties as assigned and work with limited supervision.

Football Coach Interviews

2019 Football Head Coach Interviews.

If you are interested in being a Head Football Coach for the Taylor Mill Eagles for the 2019 season, we will be holding interviews on Saturday afternoon, January 12th at Knuk n Futz in Taylor Mill. For consideration, you must be committed to practices starting mid July through late October, week nights as well as weekends. We are looking for knowledgable, motivated leaders with effective communication skills to guide, inspire and empower our young athletes to help them to acheive their full potential. You must also be willing to complete coaches training as well as pass a background check prior to the season.
